The Batch Emails feature in the Storagely Dashboard allows authorized team members to send manual Google review requests to tenants. This tool helps facilities boost their online reputation by increasing both the volume and quality of reviewsโkey drivers of SEO and local search visibility.
Unlike automated review flows, batch emails are deployed strategically when a property needs a boost in its online ratings.
Who Has Access?
Due to the nature of mass messaging, access to the Batch Emails feature is restricted. If you do not see the option available in your dashboard, please reach out to your Storagely contact for access or assistance with sending batch emails.
Best Practices

- โ Double-check property details in the preview.
- โ Personalize fields where possible.
- โ Monitor review responses and follow up when needed.
