Wingman is an always-on assistant embedded within our tools. It provides quick, helpful answers to your questions, surfaces relevant documentation and how-tos, and even explains conceptsโall without needing to leave your workflow.
Wingman is powered by advanced AI and is connected to our internal knowledge base, including documentation, support articles, playbooks, and more.
๐ค Using the "AskWingman" Feature
You can ask Wingman any question using the ASKWINGMAN prompt. Hereโs how:
How to Use AskWingman:
- Click the AskWingman icon (๐ฌ) in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
- Type your question. For example:
- โHow do I update my location hours in the Listings Tool?โ
- โWhere is the guide for handling abandoned rentals?โ
- Wingman will search across trusted resources and return a tailored answer, with links and relevant documentation.

When you're working inside the Storagely dashboard, you can click the โHow to Useโ button within Wingman to get contextual help for the page you're currently viewing.
Wingman will automatically surface the most relevant resources based on the tool or feature youโre using.
How It Works:
- Navigate to the section of the dashboard youโre working in (e.g., Listings, Website Traffic).
- Click the AskWingman icon, then select โHow to Use.โ
- Wingman will return a help article or video related to the page you're on.
This saves time and ensures you're always seeing the right resources at the right moment.
