Media
The Media section under the Locations menu in the Storagely Listings Tool allows for managing photos and videos associated with a business location’s online presence. However, operators do not have direct access to the Media tab. If an operator needs to update or modify their business listing’s media, they should reach out to their Storagely Account Manager for assistance.
Best Practices for Managing Media in Business Listings
To maintain a professional and optimized online presence, it is essential to ensure that all uploaded media aligns with best practices.

- Amenities & Features: Pictures showcasing security features (e.g., gated entry, security cameras), climate-controlled units, and moving supplies.
- Branding Elements: Company logo and branded images that align with business identity.
- Operational Images: Photos showing staff assisting customers (optional but adds a human touch).
- Facility Layouts & Maps: Digital versions of property layouts, showing available unit types.
