## Understanding Profile Analytics Metrics

The **Profile Analytics Dashboard** displays various metrics that help operators monitor customer interactions with their business listings.

### Key Metrics Displayed:

- **Profile Views** – The number of times users have viewed your business profile on various directories.
- **Website Visits** – The number of visitors who clicked on the business website from a listing.
- **Phone Calls** – The number of calls made to the business from online listings.
- **Direction Requests** – The number of users requesting driving directions to the facility.
- **All Actions** – The total number of engagement activities, including calls, clicks, and direction requests.

Each of these metrics is represented in **bar graphs**, with the ability to filter data based on date ranges and sources.

## Filtering & Customizing Data Views

Operators can customize the analytics data using the following tools:

- **Date Range Filter** – Select a custom date range (e.g., Last 30 Days, Last 90 Days).
- **Comparison Mode** – Compare performance over two time periods.
- **Sources Filter** – Display analytics from specific platforms such as Google, Yelp, or Facebook.
- **Order Data by Weekly or Monthly Views** – Customize how data is presented in graphs.

## How to Use Profile Analytics Effectively

- **Monitor Customer Engagement Trends** – Identify patterns in customer interactions and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- **Compare Performance Over Time** – Use the comparison tool to measure growth and identify seasonal trends.
- **Optimize Digital Listings** – If certain metrics (e.g., calls or direction requests) are low, ensure business details are accurate and optimized on all directories.
- **Use Insights to Improve SEO & Marketing** – Track which directories drive the most engagement and focus marketing efforts accordingly.

## Best Practices for Operators

✅ Regularly review analytics to identify trends.
✅ Ensure business information is consistent across all directories.
✅ Use profile insights to optimize listings for better engagement.
