The **Ideas** section in the **Engage** menu of the [Listings Tool ](https://listings.storagely.io)provides operators with AI-generated content suggestions to enhance their online presence. This tool generates pre-written posts based on relevant self-storage topics, events, and observances, which can be published directly to Google Business Profiles or Facebook.

- **AI-Generated Posts**: Pre-created content ideas related to self-storage, ready for immediate publishing.
- **Business Category Selection**: Operators can filter post suggestions based on business type.
- **Post Expiry Notifications**: AI-generated post ideas expire after 60 days, prompting users to refresh for new content.
- **Day of the Year & Month Observances**: Operators can create timely posts related to national holidays and observances.
- **Preview & Publish**: Each suggested post can be reviewed and edited before publishing.

### Using the Ideas Section

- The dashboard displays AI-generated post ideas for your storage facility.
- Each post includes a title, message, and relevant image.
- Click **"Preview and Publish"** to edit and approve a post before publishing.
- If post ideas expire, click the **Refresh** button to generate new AI-generated suggestions.
- Use the **Select Business Category** dropdown to filter content relevant to self-storage.
- Ensure that only appropriate content categories are selected.
- A section at the bottom suggests posts related to national holidays or special days.
- Operators can choose **"Create AI Post"** to auto-generate content related to the highlighted event.

### Limitations

- Operators **cannot** generate their own post ideas directly—only AI-generated suggestions are available.
