We’re excited to announce the launch of **Wingman**, Storagely's integrated, AI-powered learning assistant designed to provide fast, contextual answers and support for your work—right when you need it.

## 🛠️ What is Wingman?

Wingman is an always-on assistant embedded within our tools. It provides quick, helpful answers to your questions, surfaces relevant documentation and how-tos, and even explains concepts—all without needing to leave your workflow.

Wingman is powered by advanced AI and is connected to our internal knowledge base, including documentation, support articles, playbooks, and more.

## 🤖 Using the "AskWingman" Feature

You can ask Wingman any question using the **ASKWINGMAN** prompt. Here’s how:

### How to Use AskWingman:

1. Click the **AskWingman** icon (💬) in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
2. Type your question. For example:
   - *“How do I update my location hours in the Listings Tool?”*
   - *“Where is the guide for handling abandoned rentals?”*
3. Wingman will search across trusted resources and return a tailored answer, with links and relevant documentation.

💡 *AskWingman is trained on internal docs—so the more specific your question, the better the result!*

## 🧭 Using the "How to Use" Button in Wingman

When you're working inside the Storagely dashboard, you can click the **“How to Use”** button within Wingman to get contextual help for the page you're currently viewing.

Wingman will automatically surface the most relevant resources based on the tool or feature you’re using.

### How It Works:

1. Navigate to the section of the dashboard you’re working in (e.g., Listings, Website Traffic).
2. Click the **AskWingman** icon, then select **“How to Use.”**
3. Wingman will return a help article or video related to the page you're on.

This saves time and ensures you're always seeing the right resources at the right moment.

### Here’s how to submit feedback:

- After reading an answer from AskWingman, click **"👍"** or **"👎"** to rate it.
- Leave an optional comment describing what was helpful or missing.
- For article-specific feedback, scroll to the bottom and click **"Suggest an update"**.

## 💡 Best Practices for Getting the Most from Wingman

- Use complete sentences in your questions (e.g., “How do I view website leads by location?”)
- When in doubt, ask! Wingman can handle follow-up questions too.
- Combine Wingman with the help center and instructional videos for deeper learning.
