You first must be [logged into your Google Workspace account](https://support.storagely.io/knowledge/how-do-i-access-google-workspace-admin) to access your Google Workspace Email billing.

1. Click Directory >> Users in the left navigation menu
2. Click Add a New User
3. Follow the steps to create the user.
