## Overview

The **EZ Sign** feature allows storage operators to collect **electronic signatures** on rental agreements, virtually eliminating issues with unsigned or misplaced documents. Once activated, EZ Sign **replaces the default storEDGE DocuSign integration** and enables seamless digital lease workflows by uploading customized documents for different states.

## 🔧 Setup Instructions

### 1. Activate EZ Sign

- From the Storagely Dashboard, navigate to **SETTINGS**, then **EZ Sign Setup**
- Use the **Activate toggle** to turn on EZ Sign.

This will disable the default DocuSign integration in Storable EDGE.

### 2. Upload Required Documents

Ensure all uploaded documents are saved in **PDF **format with correct naming conventions (no spaces in filenames).

**🛡️ Protection Plan Addendum**

- **File name format: **companyname\_protection\_plan\_addendum.pdf

**🔁 Autopay Terms Addendum**

- **File name format:**companyname\_autopay\_addendum.pdf

**📄 State Lease Agreements**

Upload separate lease PDFs for each state where you operate.

- **File name format:**companyname\_lease\_statename.pdf
  - Example: 10-federal-storage\_lease\_texas.pdf

Supported states include (but are not limited to):

- Texas
- North Carolina
- South Carolina
- Georgia
- Colorado
- Tennessee
- Illinois
- Missouri
- NC (abbreviated)
- Michigan
- Virginia
- Oklahoma
- Florida
- New Hampshire

## ✅ Best Practices

- Double-check filenames and formatting before uploading.
- Make sure to upload all relevant state leases to avoid incomplete rental flows.
- Activate EZ Sign **only after all documents have been successfully uploaded**.
